Center Overview
The Center covers nearly 2,500 m2s, constructing a full-chain technical service system with a scientific layout. It includes 18 sets of professional cell laboratories (containing 2 BSL-2 biosafety cell laboratories), a three-tier cell bank, a genetic engineering laboratory, and an immunoassay & protein function detection room, providing solid site support for large-scale, high-precision preclinical pharmacodynamic analysis. The center follows GLP norms and domestic / international pharmaceutical regulations to ensure experimental data meets submission requirements. It has already provided customized services such as cytotoxicity detection and immune activity verification for multiple pharmaceutical companies and R&D institutions, supporting clients in completing preclinical toxicology studies and regulatory documentation preparation.
The center is configured with two-laser/four-laser analytical flow cytometers, ultra-sensitive multiplexed electrochemiluminescence analyzers (MSD), enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) analyzers, real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments, chromosome karyotype analysis systems, etc., complemented by complete auxiliary equipment such as high-speed centrifuges, ultra-low temperature freezers, and fluorescence microscopes. It covers cell model construction, target mechanism research, immune function detection, gene expression analysis, drug activity screening, and cosmetic efficacy evaluation for preclinical pharmacodynamics.
In the future, the Technology Center will continuously upgrade its technical service capabilities, strengthen frontier innovation leadership, and provide global clients with high-quality preclinical in vitro efficacy analysis solutions through more comprehensive services and stricter quality control.
