Requirements:
1. Master's degree or higher in Biology, Animal Science, Cell Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
2. Experience in business development within the CRO industry is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record and industry resources are highly desirable.
5. Willingness to travel frequently and strong ability to work under pressure.
